Requirements

Responsibilities

The Frontline Engineer will act as the first line of defense for incidents, performing initial troubleshooting and triage as documented in runbooks, and escalating when necessary. They will lead incident management by commanding cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement for reliability and performance, and participating in an on-call rotation, which includes expected off-hours work. The role involves being a trusted advisor for problem management by collaborating with engineering teams on problem reports to identify fixes and workarounds. Responsibilities also include driving business-critical outcomes by measuring key performance metrics to identify trends and business impact, refining and documenting operational processes like runbooks, and building a collaborative culture by fostering strong relationships and a supportive, results-oriented environment.
