About Our Group: CrowdStrike Counter Adversary Operations (CAO) Team

The CAO Team integrates CrowdStrike Falcon® Intelligence and the CrowdStrike® Falcon OverWatch™ threat hunting team to effectively disrupt adversaries and increase their operational costs. This integration of threat hunting and intelligence operations has proven invaluable in detecting, disrupting, and stopping modern-day adversaries. Utilizing both disciplines and trillions of telemetry events from the AI-powered CrowdStrike Falcon® platform, the CAO Team has demonstrated significant impact in countering adversary activities. CrowdStrike's adversary knowledge, expertise in threat response, and visibility from the Falcon platform make the CAO Team effective in breach prevention and customer protection, continuously reinforcing CrowdStrike's role in stopping breaches and safeguarding customers.

About the Role

As a Frontend Engineer at CrowdStrike, you will collaborate with a talented and dedicated team to build and maintain the user interface for the Falcon platform. Your work will provide a high-quality user experience that our global customers utilize 24/7 to protect their systems from sophisticated adversaries.

Our primary JavaScript framework is Ember. However, if you have experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js, you will adapt quickly, and we will support your transition to Ember and our codebase. As we only support evergreen browsers, we can push the boundaries of web platform capabilities while working with massive datasets. Our ideal candidates are user-sensitive and excel at finding solutions in a unique and dynamic problem space.

Responsibilities

• Build single-page applications using Ember.
• Leverage technical expertise to help the team make sound decisions regarding engineering, product direction, and design.
• Take initiative and build tools that enhance the team's development experience.
• Write automated tests for your code.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow UX Engineers, Cloud Engineers, UX Designers, User Researchers, QA Analysts, Product Managers, and others.
• Continuously learn about the ever-evolving challenges and complexities of cybersecurity.
