Requirements

  • BA diploma or equivalent college graduation
  • 3-6 years of working experience in similar roles (pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience preferred)
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • High level of computer literacy with high numerical accuracy (e.g., Excel, Word)

Responsibilities

  • Manage import/export and customs clearance processes, including FTA documents
  • Coordinate with external vendors on import/export and product storage
  • Ensure product compliance with local regulations (e.g., local labeling, CoO Mark, IFU)
  • Prepare reports for KPI, cost control, and discrepancy analysis
  • Execute daily warehouse operations systematically (receiving, inspection, storage, inventory management, pick/pack, shipping, delivery via freight forwarders) per Abbott SOPs
  • Support customer product delivery and replenishment, handling delays, errors, damages
  • Manage physical scrap processes and inventory counts
  • Coordinate multi-functional resolution for errors between SAP/WMS systems and physical products
  • Manage reverse logistics (PER returns, repairs, warranty)
  • Coordinate periodic inventory counts, including field inventory
  • Perform monthly inventory reconciliation and discrepancy coordination
  • Prepare for audits, compliances, and documentation
  • Ensure execution of applicable Abbott SOPs
  • Provide backup for freight and distribution functions as required
