Requirements
- Proven experience delivering consumer-facing digital projects end-to-end, ideally in a digital agency setting
- Strong background managing web and/or mobile application projects
- Hands-on experience delivering in an Agile Scrum environment
- Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, API interactions, CMS workflows, and software development processes (no coding expected)
- Proficiency using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence (or similar)
- Experience tracking team velocity, forecasting delivery, and managing scope
- Demonstrated ability to assess and improve ways of working to enhance efficiency and product quality
- Self-motivated, proactive, and delivery focused
- Strong problem-solver with a solutions-first mindset
- Collaborative team player who integrates well into existing squads
- Adaptable, accountable, and comfortable stepping outside direct responsibilities when required
- Passionate about improving processes and enabling high-performing teams
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity or intuitive understanding of the sports fan experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of consumer-facing software products, working alongside a Programme Manager/Director
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) within our Scrum delivery squad
- Establish and maintain project reporting, controls, and delivery tracking
- Identify, escalate, and manage risks and issues
- Act as the day-to-day primary contact for internal teams and program manager
- Build and maintain productive relationships and support the squad through any delivery challenges
- Own and manage project budgets, team allocation, and deliverables to ensure the engagement remains within agreed scope
- Capture, refine, and document project requirements as needed
