Responsibilities

  • Enthusiastically develops and executes high-impact, visually compelling concepts for integrated campaigns
  • Brings deep production experience to projects
  • Establishes and maintains overall art direction, ensuring consistent visual language across client projects
  • Serves as a leader in the creative process, guiding teams through ideation, design, and execution
  • Works closely with copywriters, designers, strategists, project managers, and production team for cohesive creative direction
  • Leads brainstorming sessions and provides constructive feedback for high-quality work
  • Acts as a liaison between creative team and internal stakeholders for clear communication and idea flow
  • Engages with client content to understand vision, business goals, products/services, and translates into compelling creative deliverables
  • Presents creative concepts and campaigns to clients and internal teams, articulating design decisions and strategic rationale
  • Identifies growth opportunities in existing accounts and collaborates to nurture/expand relationships
  • Represents creative team in new business presentations and pitches, showcasing design capabilities
  • Helps identify new business opportunities and contributes to agency growth strategy
  • Coordinates across teams to ensure deliverables meet deadlines and production quality standards
  • Oversees multiple campaigns for consistency and high-quality execution across platforms/media
  • Supports development of junior staff through mentorship and feedback
