The Fraud Investigator will gather evidence from customer claim submissions, probe for further information, and investigate claims with empathy and attention to detail. Responsibilities include making decisions on fraud claims up to £5,000, submitting accounts for closure when necessary, triaging cases over £5,000 for escalation, safeguarding compromised accounts, and providing advice to victims on future protection.
