  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent
  • 5–8 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong understanding of the local French market dynamics and business landscape, as well as the company’s product portfolio
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, supply chain, finance, and other teams
  • Strategic thinker with experience building business plans and analyzing reports/market data to drive decisions
  • Native French and advanced to bilingual proficiency in English
  • Proactive, clear communicator

Responsibilities

  • Oversee services attached to every computing unit
  • Build new attach services to align with changing market needs (AI, Compute, Cooling, etc.)
  • Understand category products, business management, and sales challenges and strategies
  • Contribute to defining the category business plan
  • Establish relationships and represent the team with senior-level sales and partners
  • Hold product line and quota responsibility for a significant product range or specific customer segment
  • Lead functional areas such as market analysis, marketing engagement, and sales force communication
  • Engage in partnerships with external IT vendors
  • Guide direct and indirect sales teams on product-related aspects and adjust product decisions to meet business objectives
  • Act as lead expert on competitive product knowledge, including product details, pricing, marketing, and customer requirements
  • Communicate and support sales teams on product strategies
  • Define advertising and demand generation priorities in collaboration with Marketing
