Requirements

Minimum Bac +2/3 en gestion/finance/école de commerce (ou équivalent)
Bonne maîtrise d’Excel / Google Sheets (formules, tableaux croisés dynamiques…)
Rigoureux(se), curieux(se), organisé(e) et excellent sens du relationnel
À l’aise en équipe, sait prioriser et prendre des initiatives
Une première expérience en finance / contrôle de gestion est un plus (mais pas indispensable)

Responsibilities

Produire et analyser le reporting mensuel des ventes
Suivre les indicateurs clés (vs budget, vs N-1) et contribuer aux reportings mensuels et trimestriels
Réaliser des analyses ad hoc (impact d’un changement d’offre, ouverture d’un nouveau bureau, etc.)
Participer aux réflexions stratégiques sur la croissance et la structuration de l’entreprise
Automatiser et améliorer les outils et processus de pilotage
Collaborer avec les autres équipes (ops, compta, RH) pour assurer un bon suivi administratif et financier
Appuyer les travaux de clôture ou de suivi de performance selon les projets du moment
