Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, or a quantitative field, with honors, and a minimum of two to five years of experience in finance, M&A, or business analysis functions. Strong knowledge of the Italian and English languages is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with financial modeling, reporting, and big data analysis.
The FP&A Analyst will support the FP&A activities, focusing on monthly performance measurement, manage the Budget and Forecast process, support special projects aimed at business unit transformation, and provide Monthly Group reports to Top Management. They will also be responsible for prioritizing and tracking multiple tasks while meeting deadlines, and may be required to travel to the company location in Emilia Romagna on a weekly basis.
