Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certifications such as CFA or CPA is preferred
  • 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a similar industry or commercial finance role
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the impact of financial decisions on business outcomes
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in financial modelling and experience with financial software and systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PBI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.) and ERP systems
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to details. Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of effectively presenting information and responding to questions from stakeholders
  • Leadership and Initiative: Proven ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Act as a center of expertise for revenue performance management, sharing best practices and insights across regions and verticals
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and sources to enable reliable reporting and decision-making
  • Drive standardization and automation of revenue reporting processes, leveraging BI tools and advanced analytics
  • Deliver deep revenue analytics including trend analysis, pricing impact, volume/mix drivers, and channel performance
  • Partner with regional and vertical finance teams to support revenue analytics and growth drivers
  • Support AI-driven initiatives by collaborating on testing, validation, and integration of predictive models into revenue forecasting
  • Develop scalable revenue models that incorporate AI insights, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis
