Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and automation of key financial reports and executive dashboards, directly supporting the communication and analysis of business performance
  • Conduct initial variance analysis (Actuals vs. Plan/Forecast) during the month-end close process, identifying and summarizing the root causes of significant financial trends and anomalies
  • Assist in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data within our systems, ensuring all reporting is reliable and consistent
  • Respond to time-sensitive data and analysis requests from team members, creating clear, accurate, and insightful reports to support strategic business partner discussions
  • Aid in the planning or monthly forecasting process by gathering essential data, consolidating submissions, and maintaining financial models
  • Partner with finance team members and business partners across the organization to gather essential data and information required for comprehensive financial reporting
