Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certifications such as CFA or CPA is preferred
  • 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a similar industry or commercial finance role
  • Strong understanding of business operations and the impact of financial decisions on business outcomes (Business Acumen)
  • Advanced skills in financial modelling and experience with financial software and systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PBI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.) and ERP systems (Technical Proficiency)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to details. Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights (Analytical Abilities)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of effectively presenting information and responding to questions from stakeholders (Communication Skills)
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as part of a team (Leadership and Initiative)

Responsibilities

  • Govern the Regional Headcount Blueprint: Maintain and govern the regional headcount blueprint, ensuring alignment with strategic workforce planning, financial targets, and organizational design
  • Headcount Planning & Forecasting: Drive accurate and timely headcount planning, forecasting, and reporting in partnership with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders
  • Expense Management: Own the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis of personnel expenses, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial goals. Maintain and drive a regular cadence with the business finance team to ensure alignment on expense forecasting
  • Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to the regional business finance team, providing recommendations on workforce and cost optimization. Partner with HR to ensure data accuracy in Workday
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track headcount trends, cost per head, attrition, and other key workforce metrics
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of headcount and expense planning
  • Scenario Modeling: Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions related to workforce and cost structures
  • Collaboration with COE Teams: Work closely with other COE pillars (e.g., Revenue, Capex, Projects) to ensure integrated planning and reporting
