Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field, with 4-5 years of experience in FP&A or data analysis, preferably from a large company or Big 4 background. Strong analytical skills, proven financial analysis and modeling experience (expert in Excel, Power BI/Power Query is a plus), and fluency in both French and English are essential. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize effectively, accountable, adaptable, and a clear communicator.

Responsibilities

The FP&A & Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, selecting, and analyzing financial and operational data to develop and maintain internal data models for monthly Gross Margin forecasts. They will collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to model and interpret data, identify and implement process improvements for data analysis automation, and communicate data-driven analysis findings clearly. Additionally, the role involves contributing to the annual budgeting process, assisting with business plans for specific purposes like refinancing or fundraising, and participating in corporate projects such as fundraising and company integrations.
