Candidates should have 3-5 years of overall experience in public company and/or high-growth startup environments, specifically in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or other Corporate Finance roles; experience in Hospitality or Real Estate is preferred; and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills beyond numbers, strategic judgment, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel are required, along with demonstrated ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis and effectively define and resolve complex problems. Experience with NetSuite and EPM tools such as Planful, Adaptive, or Hyperion is preferred, and exposure to SQL and complex data frameworks is a plus.
The FP&A Analyst will partner with functional teams to produce and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and budgets, tracking them against actual performance, and delivering insights to management. They will also prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and presentations for company executives and the Board of Directors, assist with the fundraising process, develop and maintain financial models and dashboards, and support the implementation of enterprise-level financial infrastructure. Additionally, the role involves analyzing potential investments, performing acquisition due diligence, and supporting the scoping of requirements for enterprise planning solutions. The analyst will also improve financial insights by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management, and assisting with the review of leases and financial conditions during acquisition processes.
