Requirements

Responsibilities

The Founding Product Designer will own design and UX for core products, partner marketing, and Authentic branding. They will build and manage design systems and principles within the organization, creating a foundation for future designers. The designer will focus on creating products that enhance partner offerings and drive growth, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to address ambiguous problems and prioritize impactful work. They will sweat the details, advocate for users by iterating on core products, and utilize customer insights and data to improve initiatives.
