Technically curious – not afraid of technical depth, can explain complex topics simply; ideally a technical background
Fluent German & English speaker – work with global customers across San Francisco, US Midwest, Mexico, and German manufacturing
1–4 years of experience in a commercial or operational role; prior consulting experience beneficial, though not required

Responsibilities

Own go-to-market – identify promising manufacturing companies, lead from first contact through product/business-case discussions to closing, and turn early wins into repeatable playbooks
Jump in where it matters most – refine pitch materials, help with hiring, onboard new customers, support fundraising, unblock internal processes
Translate customer insight into product – work with technical team to turn real-world feedback into features and improvements with measurable impact
Work directly with CEO on strategy, product, and growth decisions as part of the founding team
Travel on-site to understand customer workflows and meet C-level leaders of multi-billion-dollar manufacturers
