Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the founding CXO team to solve high-priority problems that drive business growth, shape public narrative, and build scalable systems
  • Act as a thought partner on initiatives spanning multiple markets, teams, and functions, with insight into strategic decision-making and execution
  • Partner with the founding team to develop and implement centralized initiatives contributing to Headout's growth vision and goals (Strategic Leadership)
  • Collaborate with founders on high-impact projects across business growth, marketing, product, and user experience to ensure successful outcomes
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication (Stakeholder Management)
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to provide actionable insights supporting strategic decision-making
