Responsibilities

  • Embed with enterprise customers (Am Law firms, in-house teams, professional services) to map workflows, de-risk constraints, and define success metrics for custom builds
  • Design, prototype, and productionize custom workflows: customize knowledge sources, retrieval pipelines, tool use/agents, prompts, and guardrails; harden for reliability, observability, and scale
  • Integrate workflows with client systems (DMS, KM, ticketing, identity/SSO) and data sources; build secure connectors to Harvey platform
  • Build and maintain evals & harnesses for real-world quality on client-by-client basis, wiring into iteration loops and model choices
  • Operationalize adoption: run training, write runbooks, hand-off durable playbooks to customer champions and Harvey product/eng teams for scaling
  • Surface field patterns (recurring prompts, tools, workflows, failure modes) to inform platform capabilities and product roadmap
