Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with over 5 years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or system integration. Proficiency in Python and/or Javascript is essential, along with experience in implementing OAuth, OIDC, and JWT authorization flows. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and prompt engineering techniques is required, and hands-on experience with LLM frameworks like LangGraph or PydanticAI is strongly preferred. A strong understanding of AI agent frameworks, function calling, and RAG is necessary, as is experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices. Experience integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines is also required, along with the ability to use data-driven decision-making and strong communication and project management skills. Experience with ELK and AI monitoring tools like Langfuse is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

The Forward Deployed Engineer will develop, configure, and deploy AI agents using Aisera's platform and tools, integrating them with external systems for seamless workflow integration. They will optimize agent performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate business needs into AI Agent solutions. Responsibilities include conducting demos, presenting proof-of-concepts, defining project milestones, creating implementation plans, and coordinating execution for on-time delivery. The role also involves serving as a trusted technical advisor to customers, guiding best practices for AI agent adoption and usage.
