Responsibilities

Collaborer avec les experts pour créer, valider et finaliser les SOP alignées sur les processus opérationnels Lightspeed et les résultats des tests UAT; construire des SOP spécifiques aux rôles pour activités courantes et exceptionnelles, en assurant cohérence, sécurité et conformité
Développer et livrer des supports de formation complets pour l’intégration et l’amélioration continue, incluant aides-mémoire, guides de référence et contenu multimédia; créer une bibliothèque de modules de formation, laboratoires pratiques, simulations et certifications adaptés aux rôles (CSR, Analyste NOC, FSR, Gestionnaire de changements)
Intégrer et personnaliser les supports « Former le formateur » des fournisseurs pour usage interne; assurer l’alignement avec les normes Telesat et exigences opérationnelles; certifier les formateurs internes pour instruction de qualité dans différentes régions, langues et environnements
Concevoir et valider les flux de travail opérationnels de bout en bout entre NOC, CSC, CRC, FOC et autres fonctions de soutien pour standardiser l’exécution et l’alignement
Soutenir l’exécution des tests UAT et les boucles de rétroaction; intégrer les résultats dans les SOP et le contenu de formation
Maintenir une base de connaissances opérationnelles Lightspeed: référentiel consultable et contrôlé
