Responsibilities

  • Ensure the restaurant operates to achieve corporate profit objectives and guest satisfaction
  • Assist with daily restaurant operations and work at any station as needed
  • Maintain the highest level of hospitality and service as Manager on Duty
  • Ensure compliance with food standards, quality, and safety regulations
  • Manage guest relations, labor costs, and paper costs
  • Prepare and maintain personnel records, schedules, and reports
  • Adhere to all company operational procedures
  • Present specials, promotions, and marketing plans effectively
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations
  • Make decisions regarding team member position assignments
  • Make decisions regarding purchases according to established inventory levels and budgets
  • Make decisions regarding disciplinary actions as needed
  • Make all operational decisions required to execute shift operations
