The Floor Lead contributes to the success of a Sur La Table store by inspiring customers, supporting training for all employees, modeling and holding employees accountable to customer service standards, directing daily store operations as a Manager on Duty, providing coaching and performance feedback, supporting sales driving initiatives, ensuring merchandise stock levels and presentations are maintained, staying informed through product knowledge and training, completing inventory transactions, and accurately recording time worked. They will also demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills and carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager or Store Manager.
