Flock Safety is seeking a Flight Technician to join our Field Operations team. Our team is comprised of individuals who are results-driven, detail-oriented and combine a great work ethic with critical thinking to install products that delight our customers. Our technicians are the face of our company and interact frequently with a variety of our customers while out in the field. This is an important role that is crucial to the success of our business.

Requirements

• Digging a minimum of 8” x 24” holes.
• Assembly, kit, and installation of various ancillary components and Flock Safety products.
• Mounting solar panels on poles and attaching external batteries to solar panels.
• Affixing license-plate reading cameras to poles.
• Working on both public and private roads, often at heights of 10-12’ and occasionally up to 30’ using bucket trucks or ladders.
• Repairing minor breaks in underground irrigation or private wiring.
• Ability to use the Flock field app.
• Ability to work in a safe and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Install poles of varying lengths per install specifications.
• Provide installation pictures via the Flock field app.
• Work on both public and private roads, working often on equipment 10-12’ high.
• Occasionally working with a bucket truck and/or ladder to work on equipment up to 30’ high.
• Repairing minor breaks in underground irrigation or private wiring.
• Adhere to daily schedule by showing up prepared and on time.
• Complete work in a reasonable time frame.
• Provide installation pictures via the Flock field app.
• Perform work in a safe and professional manner.
• Meet with customers to discuss installation options and perform site surveys.
