Bachelor’s degree (Preferred), or equivalent experience
Valid U.S. Passport (Required)
5 years of business aviation operational experience
Flight Safety International, FACTS, or equivalent formal training
DCA Access fingerprinting

Responsibilities

Assumes direct responsibility for cabin safety on the ground and in-flight
Prepares and serves food and beverages to passengers
Works with aircraft caterers and ground handling staff at destination airports
Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the aircraft cabin, including restocking supplies
Takes charge in emergency situations and evacuations
Provides high-level onboard customer service
Shops for and purchases required items for the aircraft, ensuring snack items are fresh
Responsible for pre and post-flight aircraft cleaning and restocking
Maintains aircraft cabin inventory books and provides lists of supplies to the Material Coordinator
Handles aircraft emergency/medical equipment and ensures it is up-to-date
Is familiar with and handles onboard connectivity systems
Provides feedback on standard operating procedures
Works with management team on outfitting new aircraft
Performs other duties as needed to support the mission of GFOs
