Requirements

  • Valid U.S. Passport (Required)
  • 5 years of business aviation operational experience
  • Flight Safety International, FACTS, or equivalent formal training
  • DCA Access fingerprinting

Responsibilities

  • Assumes direct responsibility for cabin safety on the ground and in-flight
  • Prepares and serves food and beverages to passengers
  • Works with aircraft caterers and ground handling staff at destination airports
  • Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the aircraft cabin, including restocking supplies
  • Takes charge in emergency situations and evacuations
  • Provides high-level onboard customer service
  • Shops for and purchases required items for the aircraft, ensuring snack items are fresh
  • Responsible for pre and post-flight aircraft cleaning and restocking
  • Maintains aircraft cabin inventory books and provides lists of supplies to the Material Coordinator
  • Handles aircraft emergency/medical equipment and ensures it is up-to-date
  • Is familiar with and handles onboard connectivity systems
  • Provides feedback on standard operating procedures
  • Works with management team on outfitting new aircraft
  • Performs other duties as needed to support the mission of GFOs
