Requirements

Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, and experience working in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment is preferred, although not required. They must be able to work a minimum of 16 hours per month and up to 30 hours per week depending on availability, and demonstrate the ability to handle, scan, and move product safely, as well as lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

As a Flexer Operations Associate, responsibilities include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving product from vendors and resolving discrepancies, managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders, cleaning and organizing the warehouse, managing waste and spoilage, contacting customers for substitutions, and working with partner drivers. Flexers will also assist with various warehouse tasks such as stocking shelves and ensuring compliance with FIFO practices.
