  • Previous experience in manufacturing or construction is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assist in building trusses and understanding the full assembly process
  • Learn to read and interpret construction and truss design prints accurately
  • Perform setup tasks on various tables and universal stations to support production flow
  • Train on operating saws used in truss manufacturing, including safety and maintenance procedures
  • Learn how to properly package finished truss components and materials for delivery or storage
  • Participate in cross-training across multiple roles to support team flexibility and production efficiency
  • Ask questions, seek feedback, and actively pursue knowledge to improve performance and understanding
  • Follow all safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe and productive work environment
