Requirements

  • 5+ years of fashion/product e-commerce photography experience; portfolio required
  • Professional experience in a high volume, high production environment, with proven ability to achieve continuous improvement
  • Ability to build positive relationships across teams and drive the direction of photography and process in a studio environment
  • Strong communication skills with ability to deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner and manage change in a positive and proactive way
  • Strong technical proficiency with advanced knowledge of Mac OS, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite, Capture One software and color calibration software

Responsibilities

  • Support Photographers with lighting, digital photography, and video for e-commerce operations
  • Work with Photographers on lighting diagrams and equipment maintenance
  • Manage and optimize digital assets, ensuring high-quality image processing, and support creative teams
  • Collaborate with studio peers and external partners to identify and implement improvements to the image creation process, streamlining workflow and driving efficiency
  • Manage color accuracy and lighting quality for optimal consistency across studios
  • Identify production issues and proactively implement solutions that align with studio KPIs
