Strong mechanical background, with computer experience/skills
Solid work history
Ability to drive Class A and Class B tractors
Welding knowledge and experience preferred
Electrical troubleshooting skills on 12 volt DC circuits
Diesel engine troubleshooting and repair experience
Trade school graduates are encouraged to apply
Class A CDL license preferred but not required
Responsibilities
Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on the Company's fleet equipment which includes Class A tractors, Class B straight trucks, cryogenic tankers, and tube trailers
Document/record work performed electronically on computer-based maintenance system
Maintain personal safety and training requirements using electronic training system
Perform road repairs when necessary
Perform electrical/electronic repairs on tractors and trailers
Participation in the Company’s Safety, Training, Environmental and Improvement programs
Perform cryogenic maintenance to include repair/replacing valves, piping, pumps, etc. (with on-the-job training provided)
Perform tube trailer maintenance to include repair/replacing valves, fittings, etc. (with on-the-job training provided)
Calibrate pump discharge meters
Spot/move trailers as needed
Building and grounds maintenance as needed
General housekeeping
Help manage Fleet inventories including parts, tires, lubricants, and fuels
