Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Handle technical support requests (troubleshooting aircraft and system problems remotely, providing written instructions, being responsive to unpredictable customer and Field Service Representative needs)
  • Conduct site/ship surveys
  • Perform site/ship installations
  • Coordinate with Engineering on improving products and developing troubleshooting guides
  • Assist Engineering in performing product testing
  • Capture and coordinate product improvement opportunities with the Engineering team
  • Serve as the internal and external fleet's first point of contact for technical support
  • Maintain Air Vehicle Operator certification to assist other operators and fill in as flight crew if required
