Requirements

Candidates must be between 18 and 45 years old, possess at least a SPM/Diploma in any field, and be able to work under pressure and solve problems effectively. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and any prior experience demonstrating logic-driven problem-solving skills will be advantageous, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The Fleet Assistant will assist in planning driver routes, performing daily station tasks such as receiving and returning shipments, sorting, van inbound operations, and managing PETs tickets. They will also monitor routes, handle bank-in COD money, maintain station infrastructure and cleanliness, comply with company policies and procedures, and participate in quality management system, OH&S, and GDPMD related programmes. Furthermore, they will assist the Station Head in keeping documents updated and ensuring compliance, and proactively contribute to continual improvement processes.
