The Fire Alarm System Expert – Service Department Manager will answer and manage incoming service calls, respond to off-hours inquiries, schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians, communicate with customers via email and phone, addressing concerns and service needs, and provide timely notifications and updates to customers. They will also assess fire alarm system issues remotely, determine appropriate action, and decide whether to dispatch a technician or offer troubleshooting guidance, while maintaining service records and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
