The Fire Alarm Documentation Specialist will prepare, manage, and organize fire alarm system paperwork and compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client standards and regulatory requirements. They will collaborate with technical teams, submit and track permits, proposals, inspection reports, and certificates, assist in report generation and data entry, and maintain digital file systems and documentation archives.
