Responsibilities

Support Fidelity’s customers over the phone by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades
Work from home and spend one day per week in the Investor Center during onboarding
Study for and obtain FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7 Top Off, Series 66) with paid, on-the-job study time
Build and solidify skills by supporting customers with increasing complexity (4 days/week remote, 1 day/week in Investor Center)
Participate in development activities, networking, online classes, and career coaching
Transition to working fully on-site in the Investor Center upon completion of training
Join the wealth management development track and build advanced skills for career progression
