Responsibilities

Support Fidelity’s customers over the phone by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades
Work from home during onboarding, spending one day per week in the Investor Center
Study for and obtain FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7 Top Off, Series 66) with paid on-the-job study time, support from coaches, and review classes
Build and solidify skills by supporting customers with increasing complexity, four days a week from home and one day a week in the Investor Center
Dedicate time each week to develop new skills, network with colleagues, and take online classes
Transition to working fully on-site in the Investor Center upon completion of training
Join the wealth management development track and build advanced skills for career progression in planning
