Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a business-related discipline
- 3 years of brokerage or banking industry experience emphasizing cashiering and position transfer functions
- Knowledge of retirement accounts and tax considerations (preferred)
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Courteous demeanor
- Ability to exhibit sound judgment and decision-making
- Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision

Responsibilities
- Resolve routine and complex client service issues thoroughly and expeditiously, utilizing sound judgment while emphasizing courtesy
- Handle a variety of inquiries relating to:
- Asset transfers
- Checks/wire deposits and withdrawals
- ACH deposits and withdrawals
- Secure transactions
- IRA contributions/distributions
- Tax reporting
- Fraud prevention
