Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of Accounting/Finance, Financial Services and/or Stock Plan Administration experience
  • Excel and Access skills
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) level 1 encouraged
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Strong operational and project management skills
  • Proven success in developing presentations and reporting
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task, react and think quickly
  • Positive “can-do” demeanor and willingness to work across groups

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary support for SPS’ financial reporting offering to a client base of 20-25 public companies
  • Process and report client’s financial reporting data according to the client-defined reporting schedule
  • Work with clients to establish, implement, execute, and supervise ad-hoc requests for support and analysis
  • Identify and develop process benchmarks and standard methodologies across the client base
  • Train client contacts to use Plan Sponsor Workstation (PSW) and its functionality, including customized reporting dashboards and Team Workspace
  • Build long-term relationships with client contacts to provide end-to-end service delivery
  • Participate in all operational aspects of the reporting process, from scheduled reporting to ad-hoc report development (including fee-for-service projects)
  • Assist in implementing a client’s reporting information from a legacy provider to the Fidelity Stock Plan Administration system, alongside SPS Implementation and Account Management
  • Provide assistance with overall testing efforts for the SPS financial team as coordinated by the SPS Product Development team
  • Provide complete and accurate reporting delivery during peak volumes of the monthly/quarterly reporting cycle
  • Partner with SPS Operations and SPS Client Service Managers to deliver exception full-service stock plan administration
  • Assist SPS Product and SPS Technology partners on major product improvements to ensure readiness for new features and functionalities
  • Act as client advisor regarding solution-based financial report modifications within the Plan Sponsor Workstation platform
  • Craft and maintain required data for process measures and reporting
