Requirements

Candidates should possess a Master of Commerce, Chartered Accountant, or MBA in Finance, with 3 to 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis. Required skills include financial analysis, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement understanding, along with knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles. Proficiency in Power BI and SAP HANA is also necessary, as is the ability to work in dynamic, unstructured environments and communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst will determine financial outcomes by collecting and analyzing operational data, reconciling transactions, and conducting financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Responsibilities include designing and implementing tools for financial statement analysis, assessing materiality and volatility using financial ratios, tracking cost-out initiatives, and providing timely analysis of results to management. The role also involves supporting business reviews, preparing full-year forecasts and AOPs, and identifying gap-close initiatives and recommendations.
