Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Ability to work Monday – Friday, with training hours 8:30am – 5:00pm EST and post-training an 8hr shift between 10am – Midnight EST
  • Ability to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office (hybrid role)

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with a broad range of needs including answering questions about their 401k account balance, helping to make withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance
  • Provide education or resources to customers
  • Help customers feel more confident, make clearer decisions, and achieve their financial dreams
  • Take customer calls, starting with basic calls and progressing to more sophisticated calls related to 401K plans
  • Participate in team activities, well-being support, and career coaching
  • Provide outstanding customer service and communication via voice or digital channels
  • Apply continuous learning, new concepts, training, and experience to assist with customer decision-making
