Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
High School diploma or GED required
Availability for full-time hourly shifts: Monday – Friday, training 8:30am – 5:00pm EST, post-training 8hr shift between 8:30am – 8:30pm EST
Ability to work hybrid (onsite every other week, M-F) unless specified otherwise

Responsibilities

Assist customers with a broad range of needs including answering questions about their 401k account balance, helping to make withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance
Provide education or resources to customers
Help customers feel more confident, make clearer decisions, and achieve their financial dreams
Take customer calls starting with basic calls and progressing to more sophisticated calls related to 401K plans
Provide outstanding customer service and communication via voice or digital channels
Participate in training cohort for first 14 weeks and ongoing skill development
Join team activities, well-being support, and career coaching
