Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (comfortable having conversations over the phone in either language)
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Ability to establish rapport and relationships through effective communication
  • Great listening skills, professionalism, and empathy toward diverse customers
  • Adaptability and flexibility to succeed in various work environments (e.g., balancing office and home work, overtime)
  • Proficiency in navigating and troubleshooting basic technology issues or systems

  • Self-motivated with strong social skills, energy, and passion
  • Availability for full-time 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday between 10am–Midnight EST post-training (training 8:30am–5:00pm EST)
  • Ability to work onsite every other week (hybrid model) in Merrimack office

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial support to customers worldwide via phone, assisting with 401k account balance inquiries, withdrawals, loans, account maintenance, education, and resources
  • Answer customer questions and help them make clearer decisions to achieve financial goals
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and communication via voice or digital channels
  • Participate in 14-week training cohort, starting with basic calls and progressing to sophisticated 401k-related calls
  • Continue taking customer calls post-training to develop skills
  • Engage in team activities, well-being support, and career coaching during non-customer time
  • Apply continuous learning, new concepts, training, and experience to assist customers with decision-making
