Responsibilities

  • Provide financial support to customers worldwide via phone (answering questions about 401k account balance, withdrawals, loans, account maintenance)
  • Provide education or resources to help customers feel confident, make decisions, and achieve financial goals
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and communication via voice or digital channels
  • Participate in 14-week training cohort, progressing from basic to sophisticated customer calls related to 401k plans
  • Continue taking customer calls post-training to develop skills
  • Engage in team activities, well-being support, and career coaching
  • Apply continuous learning and new concepts to assist customers with decision-making
