Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting processes, including scenario modeling and savings target alignment
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for key savings initiatives across the Technology portfolio
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to assess cost-saving opportunities and ROI
  • Define and implement value capture methodologies and metrics to quantify and validate savings across initiatives
  • Track and report on savings targets, actuals, and variances; provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders
  • Meet regularly with initiative owners and budget holders to help them understand their savings targets, actual performance, and opportunities for improvement
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor initiative progress and financial impact
  • Collaborate with Technology leaders to align financial goals with operational strategies
  • Provide financial guidance on vendor negotiations, outsourcing decisions, and technology investments
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements
  • Strengthen financial controls and risk management practices across savings programs
  • Lead interpretation of complex financial reports and statistical analysis as well as development of recommendations
  • Support change management efforts by translating financial impacts into clear business narratives
  • Contribute to cross-functional transformation programs, ensuring financial alignment and accountability
  • Continuously improve financial processes, tools, and templates to enhance transparency, efficiency, and decision support
  • Facilitate regular financial reviews with Program Leadership
