Requirements

Candidates must possess a 4-year degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, with proficiency in English for effective communication. Strong financial reporting and analysis skills, expert-level MS Excel skills, and knowledge of revenue recognition principles and GAAP are essential. HFM experience is strongly preferred, and experience in a global or large multi-national company is also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Financial Analyst will provide business and analytics support to management, gathering and organizing financial data for reporting and analytics. They will develop and produce dynamic financial reports on key business drivers, generate metrics for growth, profitability, expenses, efficiency, and productivity, and deliver accurate financial information for decision-making. Responsibilities include providing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, reporting on variances to budget and prior periods, supporting month/quarter/year-end close processes, assisting with internal and external audit requests, and participating in ad hoc reporting and projects. The role involves working cross-functionally with various teams locally and globally and requires a strong understanding of the business environment.
