Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, and ideally hold a CPA, MBA, or Chartered Accountant designation. They must demonstrate a positive attitude and comfort navigating a dynamic environment, along with experience in preparing reporting for annual/quarterly budgets and weekly/monthly forecasts.
This Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for developing, interpreting, and implementing financial concepts for financial planning and control, performing technical analysis to determine financial performance, gathering and analyzing data for financial plans and forecasts, preparing journal entries and reconciling balance sheet accounts, driving consolidation of in-quarter outlook forecasts, and partnering with geographically dispersed finance colleagues to provide recommendations to management. Additionally, the role involves creating reporting solutions using Power BI/Tableau, analyzing financial data, and driving continual process improvements and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
