  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, MBA a plus
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a wealth management-related or financial services field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of financial planning experience

  • Highly proficient in financial planning software and computer software, including Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Develop customized comprehensive financial plans focused on cash flow, tax, investment strategy, retirement planning, estate planning, executive compensation, and risk management
  • Build deep relationships with clients, including communicating with clients on the implementation of their financial plans, illustrating the potential impact of various plan scenarios and updating plans based on key events in their lives
  • Lead client meetings with relevant team member(s)
  • Collaborate with investment team to manage client portfolios and provide research on investment products and economic trends
  • Manage rebalancing activities such as investment changes and tax-loss harvesting in conjunction with client cash flow needs
  • Oversee your client service team’s new client onboarding process and monitoring service requests
  • Foster new business development opportunities to help the firm grow
  • Engage in teamwork and teambuilding, including coaching and development of team members
