Candidates need hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM modules (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, EPRCS), strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and demonstrated project management experience.
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience or an equivalent combination.
Strong candidates will have prior EPM implementation and support experience, Oracle ERP and Cloud experience, and the ability to act as a liaison across Finance, IT, and vendors while managing projects effectively.
