Requirements

Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in financial operations or payment processing, along with demonstrated experience in cryptocurrency operations and blockchain transactions. A proven track record of developing and improving financial operations processes is essential, as well as experience with settlement systems and reconciliation procedures. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for financial transactions is required, along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

The Finance Operations Lead will identify inefficiencies in operational processes and implement solutions while maintaining a comprehensive view of operations and stakeholder requirements. They will document and improve standard operating procedures for finance operations, develop scalable payment operations processes, and verify customer deposits in both fiat and USDC. The role includes implementing risk controls, developing transaction reporting systems, monitoring customer wire transfers, and managing the end-to-end settlement process. Additionally, they will collaborate with exchange partners to optimize fiat-to-crypto on/off ramp processes and maintain detailed reconciliation reports.
