Requirements

10+ years experience in Finance project management, and/or a similar role acquired in a consulting firm and/or within a finance department in an international environment
Proven experience in delivering complex financial projects
Strong understanding of system integrations (API-driven workflows, middleware, data pipelines)
Good organizational skills, autonomous and reliable: able to run multiple projects simultaneously and manage deadlines
Great communication skills
Fluent English: day-to-day language is English and interact daily with English-speaking stakeholders

Responsibilities

Lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of key finance systems such as ERP (e.g., NetSuite), billing & subscription management, expense management, and procurement tools
Ensure accurate integration between billing systems, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and ERP for revenue recognition and reporting
Develop a holistic financial system architecture ensuring financial processes (Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-pay, Record-to-report) are aligned with Pigment's strategic objectives and growth stage
Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline reporting, month-end close, and compliance processes
Own data flows between finance, product, and analytics tools to ensure consistency and integrity
Develop and maintain strong internal controls and audit-ready documentation
Serve as the bridge between Finance, IT, Engineering, GTM, and Business Operations
Provide training, support, and documentation on Finance Systems (tools and processes) to end users across the organization
