Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in Finance project management, and/or a similar role acquired in a consulting firm and/or within a finance department in an international environment
  • Proven experience in delivering complex financial projects
  • Strong understanding of system integrations (API-driven workflows, middleware, data pipelines)
  • Good organizational skills, autonomous and reliable: able to run multiple projects simultaneously and manage deadlines
  • Great communication skills
  • Fluent English: day-to-day language is English and interact daily with English-speaking stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of key finance systems such as ERP (e.g., NetSuite), billing & subscription management, expense management, and procurement tools
  • Ensure accurate integration between billing systems, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and ERP for revenue recognition and reporting
  • Develop a holistic financial system architecture ensuring financial processes (Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-pay, Record-to-report) are aligned with Pigment's strategic objectives and growth stage
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline reporting, month-end close, and compliance processes
  • Own data flows between finance, product, and analytics tools to ensure consistency and integrity
  • Develop and maintain strong internal controls and audit-ready documentation
  • Serve as the bridge between Finance, IT, Engineering, GTM, and Business Operations
  • Provide training, support, and documentation on Finance Systems (tools and processes) to end users across the organization
