Requirements

  • 7+ years of FP&A experience in high-growth consumer technology, e-commerce or health
  • Proven ability to build and scale financial processes, such as forecasting models and weekly pacing, from the ground up, particularly in high-growth environments
  • Experience in both private and public companies highly valued
  • Strong analytical rigor with advanced financial modeling skills and ability to work with imperfect data to drive improvements
  • Excellent communication and data visualization skills to translate complex financial insights for cross-functional partners and executives
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Netsuite, and Business Intelligence tools like Sigma. SQL is a plus
  • Demonstrated expertise in synthesizing large datasets from business intelligence platforms and financial systems to enable data-driven planning and monitoring
  • Experience with pricing analysis and strategy development, including competitive positioning and price elasticity modeling
  • Strategic thinker who can unlock action from insights and influence business decisions
  • Comfortable and enthusiastic about working in an AI-forward environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or related field; MBA preferred
  • Bonus! Health industry experience with payer/insurance models

Responsibilities

  • Own financial management for the health business, including order economics, pricing strategy, and payer mix optimization
  • Build and scale processes to support the growing health business, establishing frameworks where none exist today
  • Lead the exploration and development of Babylist's pricing strategy for 2026, including research into pricing tools, competitive analysis, and recommendation of strategic direction
  • Drive improvements in data quality and deliver actionable insights that inform leadership and drive measurable business outcomes
  • Partner closely with Health business and operations teams, Merchandising and Inventory Planning, Consumer Product, and Data teams
  • Conduct deep analysis of order economics, pricing strategy, payer mix optimization, and inventory management
  • Build robust financial models, improve data quality, and implement processes to enhance transparency and forecasting accuracy
