Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical field, along with 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a finance-related role in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of financial statements and forecasting best practices is required, as well as advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, and scenario modeling; experience with financial planning tools is a plus.
The Finance Manager will own and improve monthly forecasts, variance analysis, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. They will assist in long-range planning and scenario modeling to support company strategy and capital planning, build and refine dynamic financial models, develop and monitor key performance indicators, and provide ad hoc analysis to support key initiatives and decision-making. Additionally, the Finance Manager will reconcile data across systems, work cross-functionally to identify drivers of performance, support the preparation of quarterly board materials and monthly executive reporting packages, and communicate financial results, trends, and risks clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
